Objective |
Have students obtain legal knowledge, reading skill and translation skill
of Chinese written contracts through translation exercised from Chinese
written contracts to Japanese written contracts. |

understand, and translate Chinese contracts into Japanese. |
Course Progression |
- Read core course material, “Rulebook of Expressions in Japanese Legal Documents” and "Basic Knowledge in Chinese Contracts", and become familiar with the details of Chinese contracts and legal Japanese expressions.
- Following the instructions in the course guide, use exercise material (Chinese contracts and corresponding Japanese contracts) to learn comprehensive reading and translation of contracts.
- Listen to audio lecture and obtain a better understanding of the lecture topic.
